Terms of service

By placing an order with TyreGuru, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

TyreGuru provides doorstep car tyre replacement in the UAE. Our technician will arrive at the address you provide, fit the selected tyres, and remove your old tyres for recycling.

2. Pricing

Prices shown on this site are inclusive of fitting and old-tyre recycling. Travel surcharges, if any, are shown clearly during booking before you confirm.

3. Warranty

Every tyre comes with a manufacturer warranty of up to 24 months. The exact term depends on the brand and model selected, and is confirmed in writing on your warranty card at the time of fitting. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by accident, misuse, or modification.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of fitting. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Online prepayment may be required for certain promotions.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before our technician is dispatched. Once dispatched, a small call-out fee may apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days for cancelled orders. Defective tyres are replaced under warranty.

7. Liability

TyreGuru's liability is limited to the value of the tyres supplied. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
